The Community Wellness Project (CWP) is a nonprofit organization that is committed to promoting and increasing health equity, serving the nations’ disadvantaged, under-represented, and under-served racial/ethnic minority populations through the development of multi-faceted programming designed to address health disparities, prevention services and wellness education.
How we work
Free and confidential 1 minute HIV Testing conducted in office from 10am until 4pm or on-site by appointment
Services are provide to both community members who have and do not have health insurance by appointment. Please contact us for more details and to schedule your appointment.
Free harm reduction kits provided and clean syringe / needle exchange. Certain conditions may apply. Please contact us for more details.

The Community Wellness Project Provides Free Healthcare Services To All Community Members (13+ Years Old), Regardless of Ethnicity, Race, Religion, Sex, Sexuality, Gender Expression or Identity, or HIV / STI Status.
