C.A.S.E
The Community Wellness Project (CWP) is developing, implementing, and evaluating the Condoms and Sexual Education Project (C.A.S.E.), a comprehensive, culturally responsive, high-impact combination of effective HIV prevention programs and services designed to meet the needs of high-risk African Americans in the bi-state (MO/IL) St. Louis metropolitan area.

CAPACITY BUILDING ASSISTANCE (CBA)
Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) focuses on maintaining and increasing the infrastructure systems and resources necessary to support and implement interventions. Capacity also builds core competencies of individuals and organizations to effectively deliver HIV prevention services. NATIONAL DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM
The Black Women’s Health Imperative’s Change Your Lifestyle. Change Your Life. (CYL²) lifestyle change intervention is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Through this program, we are helping Black women and Latinas make lasting lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes and its related complications.

CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION
This 3-day skills building course was developed with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is geared toward health department and community-based organization staff including: health educators; peer navigators; intervention specialist; counseling testing and referral specialist (CTRS), and others who provide HIV/AIDS, STD, and Hepatitis C education. This course is designed to enhance knowledge and skills relative to facilitating small and large group sessions effectively.

LEARNING THE FACTS COURSE
The goal of the Learning the Facts course is to help participants develop a common knowledge and skillset for sharing information regarding HIV and AIDS. The course will prepare participants to: distinguish between HIV and AIDS; understand how HIV infection progresses; understand how HIV is and is not spread; and score 80% or higher on a multi-discipline HIV/AIDS Fact Sheet.

THE WILLOW INTERVENTION
The WILLOW intervention is a social-skills-building and educational intervention for adult women living with HIV. It consists of 4 four-hour sessions, which are delivered by two trained, adult female facilitators, one of whom is a woman living with HIV.
