The Community Wellness Project (CWP) is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to promoting and increasing health equity and serving the nations’ disadvantaged, under-represented, and under-served racial/ethnic minority populations through the development of multi-faceted programming designed to address health disparities, prevention services and wellness education.

Based in the St. Louis and Illinois areas, we help to promote community wellness through education, prevention, and resources with particular regard for diverse cultural and racial minorities who are under-represented in the United States and its associate territories.

Our goal is to address health disparities, and our targeted populations include low-income minority individuals, many of whom live below the poverty level and have limited skills and resources.  Clients of The Community Wellness Project benefit from our culturally specific, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach to service delivery.
