Shortly after the conception of
The Community Wellness Project in Missouri, an Illinois office was
founded in April of 2003. This office was formed due to the increasing
rates of HIV/AIDS and the overwhelming amount of health disparities in
the St. Clair County area.

This is the second location of The
Community Wellness Project located at 4601 State Street. We are
extremely excited about our satellite office and have various community
meetings, groups, trainings and workshops such as Sisters Informing
Sisters about Topics on Aids (SISTA); Many Men, Many Voices (3MV); and
Counseling, Testing and Referral Services (CTRS). |
